为响应市监狱管理局工会“共读一本书”活动号召，监狱总医院在世界读书日到来之际，组织开展以“以书为鉴守初心，思考实践促发展”系列读书活动，聚焦对王飞老局长所著《拥抱监狱工作——我的思考与实践》精读深悟，通过“理论学习+经验共享+实践转化”三阶联动，聚力打造“学习型组织”，积极为监管医疗事业高质量发展注入“书香动能”。

医院制定“启动—实施—总结”三阶段计划，明确青年理论学习小组在各环节的任务清单，从书单研读、心得撰写到实践转化，形成“学思用”闭环。青年理论学习小组民警牵头制作《拥抱监狱工作》思维导图，梳理“红烛精神”“分类改造”等核心知识点，精准对接监管医疗业务需求。
