春日的骆来山麓云雾缭绕，新发的嫩芽衔着露珠点缀其间。近日，重庆市江津区人民法院的干警们带着司法服务，走进茶山。
“上述调解协议符合法律规定，本院予以确认。请当事人按照协议约定履行，实质化解矛盾纠纷，闭庭！”随着一声清脆的法槌敲击声，一场在重庆市江津区西湖镇骆来山畔的巡回审判画上圆满句号。

这是一起因采茶摔伤而引发的纠纷。
杨大姐受雇于当地一家茶叶种植合作社采茶。前一晚，因降雨导致山路湿滑。第二天，她在采茶时不慎滑倒，手臂受伤。事后，杨大姐与合作社就受伤原因和责任分担产生了分歧，赔偿问题一直未能协商解决，于是诉至法院。
考虑到骆来山是江津的传统茶叶产区，且正值清明前的采茶旺季，重庆市江津区人民法院贾嗣人民法庭的法官决定将庭审现场搬到茶山旁边，以巡回审判的方式，为当地村民普及法律知识，增强他们的法治意识。

庭审结束后，法官进行现场普法。
经过庭审，双方最终在公平合理分担责任的基础上达成了调解协议。
庭审结束后，得知部分村民因采茶繁忙没能参加旁听，法院干警带着宣传资料来到茶山上，为正在劳作的村民开展普法宣传。

为了解当地特色农业产业发展过程中的司法需求，法院干警走进骆来村茶叶加工厂。他们一边观摩茶叶的加工流程，一边围绕茶叶的采收、加工、销售等各个环节，详细询问企业在生产经营中遇到的法律问题。

法院干警为企业解答法律问题。
交流过程中，干警还为企业分析了茶叶在购销、产品责任和劳动用工等方面常见的法律风险点，提醒企业要加强法律风险防范，提高茶叶产业的品牌辨识度。
